I bought this dish rack a few years ago. Love the design from the sponge holders to knife block to place to dry dishes. The only thing I don’t like is the bottom tray is held up by plastic tabs in each corner. One tab broke during our move, and now the tray is lopsided, and all the water runs to that one corner. If I put the other 3 tabs down, the tray traps moisture underneath it between the tray and the counter. I’m considering buying a new one and risking it breaking again b/c I like the design so much and can’t find anything comparable.

This dish rack, which has a sleek, modern design, has a smaller footprint than other dish racks I’ve owned, so my sink looks less cluttered. It doesn’t need a separate drain pan which helps reduce clutter. So far everything I’ve handwashed has fit nicely into this rack, including larger plastic containers and fine crystalware. The knife block is especially useful, because I do a lot of prep work before cooking Asian meals.

I love the stainless steel rack and it is of good quality. The draw back is that I can’t fit much into the small areas. The hooks to hand cups or glasses are very close together which means they are unusable. There is a space between the hooks and the dish rack which is wasted since nothing can be stored there. All in all I am a little disappointed in this product since it was so expensive. I will probably go back to using my plastic dish rack which is more functional.

Bought this dish rack four years ago and it’s been used extensively. Mainly bought it because it was red and matched our new kitchen, but it’s a great product–I’m shocked at other reviews. I have no rust problems whatsoever–perhaps the water in New York is better? 
Anyway, if you scrub the plastic parts once a month or so with a Brillo pad (it does not scratch!)and run the cutlery bin through the dishwasher once in a while, it stays like new. Holds lots of dishes and drains perfectly. Very happy with it and I would buy another without hesitation.

Although the most expensive dish rack I have purchased, well worth the price. Had I purchased this 2 years ago, overall I would have saved money as I have thrown away so many inferior racks (mold and rust after very little time). Plenty of space available. The flip up shelf is great. A huge plus is the knife block. The ability to change the direction has opened up counter space. Because of the orientation we only use 2 of the cup “prongs”. The only con is that it doesn’t always drain without a little manipulation, but I think it has more to do with my counter not being level than the construction and design of the dish rack.
Highly recommended!!!

I bought this dish rack because my husband and I recently moved to NYC and space can be very limited here and unfortunately most apartments do not have plumbing for dishwashers 
We bought this dish rack after reviewing the stainless steel simplehuman dish rack reviews and also because this dish rack had so many more features. But, to much disappointment this dish rack has many flaws. First if your sink’s lip overhangs or is too high this dish rack will not drain well and will therefore drain all over your counter, cabinets and floors. There are hinges on the bottom of the drain tray but the flaw with this is that a)there are only 3 hinges when there should be 4 to assist in draining process especially for sinks like mine that are abnormally high and b)the two different places to put the stainless steel drain lip on the dish drain should have options that can plug/close the one not being used to prevent draining on the counter/cabinet/floor. I will say that this dish rack is nice for the fact that it is large; plates and other large items stand up without tipping over and there are clip on features for cups and wine glasses. The bamboo knife drainer attachment is very nice too. I would think twice before buying this item because of the drain issues. I would go with the older item that has the white swivel drain to assist in better drainage.

This dish rack is so small there is nowhere to place a single cup or glass. Nor are there any posts on which they might rest. This caused many wine glasses to break. However, it fit beautifully on a counter top where you don’t want a rubbery dish drainer to stand out. After a month, the spilling dishes and the stains from the water, which lays in its bottom, made me toss it. I highly recommend the SimpleHuman dish racks, instead, with which I finally am at peace
